Network transmitter PLANET LRP-101CE

The PLANET LRP-101CE is a single‑port Long Reach PoE extender designed to deliver both data and power to 802.3af/at compliant powered devices at distances beyond the standard 100 m. Working together with PLANET Long Reach PoE Injectors or multiple‑channel Long Reach PoE switches, the LRP-101CE enables transmission over existing 75 Ω coaxial cable for link extension up to 1,000 m (3,280 ft) while supplying PoE to a remote PD.

Advantages

How to use

Install the LRP‑101CE at the remote device location and connect its RJ‑45 port to the PoE powered device (for example, an IP camera or wireless AP). On the network side, connect the LRP‑101CE to a PLANET Long Reach PoE Injector or Long Reach PoE Switch via existing 75 Ω coaxial cable (using BNC connectors). Power and data are supplied from the central injector/switch to the LRP‑101CE which then provides PoE over the Ethernet connection to the PD. No configuration is required; the device is plug‑and‑play and will show status via the front LEDs.
