DistriNode accepts eligible product returns across South Africa. Enter the email address used for your order and your order number, then choose the exact item or items you want to return.

Fair, clear and practical

If the return is caused by our mistake, we will arrange courier collection at no cost to you. If you changed your mind, you can send the item to our office at your own cost.

Eligible returnsWe accept eligible returns according to the published returns policy. Restricted product types and condition rules may apply.

14-day reviewReturn requests are reviewed against timing, condition, completeness and supplier rules before the final outcome is confirmed.

Used or imperfect itemsIf the product has signs of use, missing accessories or visible issues, we will still review it and propose the fairest available outcome.

Tell us what you want to return

Use the same email address that was used for the order. Once the order is matched, the products will appear automatically and you can select quantities where more than one unit was purchased.
