PLANET POE-E304 is a compact PoE extender that converts one 95W IEEE 802.3bt (PoE++) input into four IEEE 802.3af/at Gigabit PoE output ports. It supports 10/100/1000 Mbps transmission over Cat5/5e/6 UTP cables and extends both Gigabit Ethernet data and PoE power beyond the standard 100 m (328 ft.) to up to 200 m, allowing additional PoE devices to be powered and connected without running extra cabling or using an external power adapter.

How to use

Place the POE-E304 between a compatible PoE power source equipment (PSE) and the powered devices (PD). Connect the PSE to the PoE IN port using a Cat5/5e/6 cable and connect up to four PDs to the PoE OUT ports. The device injects DC power and forwards Ethernet data to the PDs while extending the transmission distance. No software configuration is required; the unit operates as a transparent inline extender.
