PoE adapter PLANET VC-205-KIT

PLANET VC-205-KIT PoE over Coaxial Extender Kit enables Ethernet data and power delivery over an existing coaxial cable up to 1000 m (3280 ft). How to use

Install the VC-205PT transmitter near the PoE source and connect its Ethernet port to a PoE switch or injector. Link the transmitter and receiver using the existing coaxial cable up to 1000 m. Place the VC-205PR receiver at the remote location and connect its Ethernet port to the PoE powered device (for example, an IP camera or wireless AP). The pair is plug-and-play and does not require additional configuration; diagnostic LEDs indicate link and power status.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, verify coaxial cable condition and length before installation, use proper grounding where required, and ensure the central PoE source can supply sufficient power for both transceivers and the remote PD.
