How to use

Apply a pea-sized amount of MX-7 to the center of the processor or component, then install the heatsink and secure it according to the manufacturer’s mounting procedure; pressure from the heatsink will spread the compound evenly. If preferred, the paste can be manually spread in a thin, even layer prior to heatsink installation. Reassemble the system and verify correct seating and temperatures under load.
