Noctua NT-H2 is a premium thermal paste designed for CPU and GPU cooling applications. Presented in a 3.5 g syringe, the compound features a density of 2.81 g/cm³ and remains stable across a wide temperature range from -50°C to 200°C. The paste is grey, non-electrically conductive and safe to use with copper or aluminium coolers, nickel-plated or not.

How to use

Apply a small amount of NT-H2 paste directly onto the CPU heat-spreader, then install the heatsink as usual; the compound’s spreading properties will create an even contact layer under mounting pressure. For cleaning, use the included NA-CW1 wipes to remove residue from the CPU and the cooler base. If you frequently remove and reinstall coolers, consider the optional NA-SCW1 pack containing 20 NA-CW1 wipes.

Recommendations

Use the included wipes to clean surfaces before reapplying paste, store the syringe at room temperature away from direct sunlight, and choose the 3.5 g pack for users who perform occasional cooler installations—power users may prefer purchasing additional NA-SCW1 cleaning wipes.
