How to use

Clean both mating surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and allow them to dry. Apply a small pea-sized amount of MX-4 to the centre of the CPU or GPU die. Install the cooler and tighten mounting hardware evenly to spread the paste into a thin, uniform layer. If reapplying, remove the old compound with a lint-free cloth and alcohol before placing new paste.

Recommendations

Use only the quantity necessary to form a thin, continuous layer; excessive compound can reduce thermal transfer efficiency. Store the syringe in a cool, dry place and keep the cap on to prevent contamination. Avoid contact with electrical contacts and ensure the paste is not used on surfaces where electrical conductivity is required.
