How to use

Clean both contact surfaces (CPU heatspreader and heatsink base) thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of Kryonaut on the center of the CPU or use a thin line for larger heatspreaders. Mount the heatsink and fasten according to the manufacturer’s instructions so the paste spreads evenly. No curing time is required; normal thermal contact is achieved once the heatsink is properly seated.

Recommendations

Use Kryonaut for high-performance systems and overclocking where low thermal resistance and non-conductivity are important. Although Kryonaut is generally compatible with aluminum, follow the manufacturer’s guidance: the warning about aluminum compatibility applies specifically to liquid metal products, not to this thermal grease.
