How to use

Clean the CPU or GPU heatspreader and the cooler contact surface from old thermal compound, dust and oils using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small pea-sized amount of DeepCool Z3 in the centre of the chip, then mount the cooler and secure it according to the cooler manufacturer’s instructions to spread the paste evenly. For larger heatspreaders or different mounting patterns, adjust the amount to ensure full coverage without overflow.

Recommendations

For best results, allow the system to run through a few thermal cycles (power on/off) after installation to let the paste settle. Reapply when removing or replacing the cooler, and avoid using metal tools that could damage contact surfaces. Store the product at room temperature and keep out of reach of children.
