Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet TG-KS-50-50 is a high-performance graphene thermal pad sized 50 x 50 mm with a thickness of 0.2 mm. The anthracite-coloured pad is a dry, conformable heat interface material developed as an alternative to high-end thermal pastes and designed to provide stable, high thermal conductivity without liquid components that can age or dry out.

Advantages

The KryoSheet combines a conformable surface with elevated thermal conductivity achieved through an optimized molecular stacking in the Z-direction and a specialised manufacturing process that breaks up the graphite basal planes to exploit anisotropic heat transfer. As a dry graphene pad it does not contain liquid components and therefore is not subject to drying or the usual ageing processes of conventional thermal pastes. Compared with Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity.
