Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet TG-KS-50-50 is a high-performance graphene thermal pad sized 50 x 50 mm with a thickness of 0.2 mm. The anthracite-coloured pad is a dry, conformable heat interface material developed as an alternative to high-end thermal pastes and designed to provide stable, high thermal conductivity without liquid components that can age or dry out.

Advantages

The KryoSheet combines a conformable surface with elevated thermal conductivity achieved through an optimized molecular stacking in the Z-direction and a specialised manufacturing process that breaks up the graphite basal planes to exploit anisotropic heat transfer. As a dry graphene pad it does not contain liquid components and therefore is not subject to drying or the usual ageing processes of conventional thermal pastes. Compared with Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. Note that the manufacturing method also increases electrical conductivity and affects mechanical stability, so correct handling and placement are important.

How to use

Ensure both mating surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease or dust before application. Cut the KryoSheet to the required dimensions if necessary, align it on the cooler or component, then apply even pressure to conform the pad to both surfaces. Avoid bending or folding the pad aggressively. Install the heatsink or cooler and secure it according to the device manufacturer's instructions to maintain consistent contact.

Recommendations

The KryoSheet pad exhibits increased electrical conductivity; avoid placing it across exposed electrical contacts or traces. Use the pad only as a thermal interface material following the device maker's mounting guidance. Do not attempt to stretch or excessively compress the pad; replace the pad if it shows mechanical damage.
