How to use

Install an appropriate SFP transceiver in the SFP slot and connect the fiber cable to the transceiver. Connect the Ethernet device to the RJ-45 port. Power the converter either via a compatible IEEE 802.3at/bt PoE PSE (48–54 V DC in-line) or with the optional 5 V DC adapter when PoE is not available. Configure the DIP switch to enable or disable Link Fault Passthrough (LLCF/LLR) as required.
