How to use

Mount the IGS-1000-8T4X on a DIN rail or wall-mount per installation requirements and connect the DC power supplies to the dual power inputs (9–48 V DC). Plug copper devices into the RJ-45 ports and insert compatible SFP/SFP+ transceivers into the SFP+ slots for fiber uplinks. The switch is unmanaged and operates in plug-and-play mode, requiring no additional configuration. When using fiber, select appropriate multimode or single-mode transceivers to achieve the desired distance.

Recommendations

Use single-mode 10G SFP+ transceivers for long-distance links (several kilometers) and multimode 10G transceivers for shorter runs (up to ~300 meters).
