The InLine® PCIe interface cardadds a powerful 25-pin parallel DB25 portto your PC. It enables reliable, bidirectional data transmissionand is ideal for connecting printers, scanners or other parallel port devices.
Thanks to the PCI Express x1 interface (v1.1), the card is compatible with x1, x4, x8 and x16 slotsand can be easily integrated into modern computer systems. The 256-byte FIFO bufferensures smooth and fast transfer with a data transfer rate of up to 1.5 MB/s.

How to use

Power off the PC and insert the card into an available PCIe x1 (or compatible) slot. Secure the low-profile bracket if required for a small form-factor case. Boot the system and install drivers from the included CD or obtain up-to-date drivers from the manufacturer's site. Connect the parallel peripheral to the DB25 port and configure the device in the operating system’s device manager or printer/scanner settings as needed.

Recommendations

Use shielded parallel cables and ensure firm connector seating for reliable data transfer.
