The InLine® interface card M.2 to 4x serial 9pin connectorenables the use of up to four serial interfaces (DB9-9pin) and offers a powerful conversion from M.2 to serial communication. The card is equipped with a PCIe 3.0 x4 interfaceand supports data rates of up to 4 Gb/s.
The automatic lane detection at boot ensures seamless system integration. The card is powered directly via the PCIe bus (3.3 V). The scope of delivery also includes low-profile slot bracketsso that the card can also be used in more compact systems.

How to use

Install an appropriate M.2 module (Key M, sizes 2230–2280) into the adapter’s M.2 slot. Insert the adapter into a free PCIe x4/x8/x16 slot on the motherboard; the card will receive power from the PCIe bus. Connect serial devices to the four DB9 ports using the supplied cables. The card performs automatic lane detection during boot. Ensure the chosen M.2 module is compatible with your system and securely fasten the adapter using the supplied brackets and screws.
