Thanks to a high-quality CCA alloy of copper-clad aluminum conductors with 40% copper content, it offers improved conductivity compared to conventional CCA cables. This reduces electrical resistance and enables stable transmission at up to 10 Gbit/s over distances of up to 10 meters.
Another advantage: the cable is 4PPOE-capable and supports PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ with up to 90 watts of power. This means that IP cameras, VoIP telephones and access points can be efficiently supplied with power via the network cable - a cost-effective solution for professional applications.The double shielding (S/FTP) minimizes interference and ensures a stable connection even in demanding environments such as data centers, industrial halls or office buildings. The halogen-free TPE jacket (LSZH) is not only flame-retardant, but also particularly flexible – ideal for installations with limited space.

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the network ports of your devices (switch, patch panel, network socket or PC). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources for optimal performance. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable management accessories.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short- to medium-length links within racks or between nearby equipment.
