Thermal paste Cooler Master HTK-002 is a silicone-based, grease-like compound heavily filled with thermally conductive metal oxides. How to use

Clean both mating surfaces (CPU die and cooler base) to remove old compound, dust and oils. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of HTK-002 to the center of the CPU or component. Mount the cooler and secure it according to the manufacturer’s instructions to spread the paste evenly and create a thin thermal interface layer.

Recommendations

Store the paste at room temperature and avoid contaminating the nozzle. Use as directed when assembling or reassembling cooling solutions; reapply when removing the cooler or if thermal performance degrades.
