How to use

Place the saucepan on a clean hob and use an appropriate heat level for the chosen cooking method. Preheat briefly if required, then add oil or liquid and ingredients. Stir as needed and avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, do not immerse a hot pan in cold water). Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to preserve the non-stick surface. Clean after cooling with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the Biostone® Pro coating, avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils, do not overheat an empty pan, and follow manufacturer care instructions. Suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops.
