Pensofal Saxum 20 cm saucepan with glass lid is a compact cast aluminium saucepan designed for boiling, simmering and preparing sauces. It features a 20 cm diameter, a stainless steel double bottom suitable for all hob types including induction, and a multifunctional glass lid with an elegant handle that can rest on the pot edge to avoid soiling the hob. The interior has a nine-layer Biostone® Pro non-stick coating with a stone effect, while the exterior has an unalterable non-stick finish that is easy to clean. Soft-touch bakelite handles provide an ergonomic grip.

How to use

Place the saucepan on a compatible hob and heat gradually to the required temperature. Use the glass lid to monitor cooking without lifting it. Prefer wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to preserve the non-stick interior. After use, let the saucepan cool slightly before washing.
