How to use

Before first use, wash the saucepan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use low to medium heat for most cooking to preserve the non-stick surface and avoid overheating. Add a small amount of oil or butter when required. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to prevent scratching the Biostone® Pro coating. After use, allow the pan to cool before washing; clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the non-stick coating, avoid high-temperature preheating of an empty pan and store cookware without stacking directly on the coated surface or place a protective layer between items.
