How to use

Preheat the pan gradually on a suitable heat source and use moderate temperatures for most cooking tasks to maintain the coating and ensure even cooking. Add a small amount of oil or butter if desired; the non-stick surface reduces the need for excess fat. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the Thermolon™ surface. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; handwashing with warm water and mild detergent is recommended to prolong coating life, though follow any manufacturer care instructions included with the product.

Recommendations
