How to use

Use the pan on compatible stovetops including gas, electric, halogen and induction. Preheat the pan on medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter if desired; the non-stick surface allows for reduced fat cooking. Avoid empty high-heat preheating for prolonged periods. The pan can be transferred to the oven up to 220°C for finishing dishes. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing and clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to protect the ceramic coating.

Recommendations
