How to use

Preheat the pan gently on the chosen heat source and add a small amount of oil or butter if desired. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to prolong the life of the Thermolon ceramic surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; clean with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place.
