All-purpose pan GreenPan Barcelona Pro Round, 330 mm diameter, non-PFAS, black is a large, all-purpose frying pan designed for everyday stovetop cooking. How to use

Use the pan on the recommended heat sources: gas, electric, induction or halogen, and transfer to an oven only up to 220°C. For everyday cooking, preheat the pan briefly over medium heat, add a small amount of oil or butter if desired, and cook food according to recipe instructions. Avoid high empty-heat conditions for prolonged periods to protect the non-stick coating. Clean the pan after use with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads that may damage the coating. Allow the pan to cool before washing to avoid thermal shock.

Recommendations

For longest life of the Thermolon™ coating, use silicone, wooden or heat-resistant nylon utensils and avoid metal tools. Store the pan carefully to prevent scratches on the cooking surface and follow manufacturer guidance for oven temperature limits and induction usage.
