How to use

Preheat the pan gently on low to medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to protect the ceramic non-stick surface. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the Thermolon coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to prolong the non-stick performance. The detachable handle should be removed if specified by the manufacturer for oven use and reattached before storing or using on the stovetop.

Recommendations
