How to use

Preheat the pan on the chosen hob at medium heat before adding oil or ingredients. Use utensils compatible with ceramic non-stick surfaces to avoid abrasion. The non-stick coating allows cooking with less fat and simplifies flipping or stirring. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners.
