Cost-effective network cabling:High-quality CCA conductor material with 20% copper content offers reliable performance at an attractive price.
Future-proof with 600 MHz performance:Ideal for structured building cabling with Cat.7 standard up to 70 m permanent link.
PoE and PoE+ support:Suitable for modern network applications with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at – ideal for access points, cameras and IP telephones.
Robust shielding for EMC-critical environments:S/FTP (PiMF) with AL foil and braiding offers high interference immunity.
Halogen-free sheath:Safety in case of fire thanks to reduced smoke emission thanks to LSZH material.

InLine® Cat.7 installation cables with S/FTP construction (PiMF) and AWG23 conductors made of copper-coated aluminium offer a powerful and economical solution for professional network projects. With a transmission frequency of up to 600 MHz and a permanent link length of up to 70 metres, the cables are ideal for structured building cabling in residential and commercial properties.
Thanks to their support for IEEE 802.3af (PoE) and 802.3at (PoE+), the cables enable power-supply devices to be operated directly via the network – without additional power cables. The double shielding consisting of aluminium foil (≥25%) and aluminium-magnesium braiding (≥30%) ensures stable and reliable signal transmission even in interference-prone environments.
The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath material used complies with CPR classification Eca and thus offers increased safety in the event of fire. The orange sheathing also ensures quick identification during installation.
The various pre-assembled lengths allow for flexible planning and economical implementation – ideal for professional applications with a focus on price-performance.

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network port of your switch, router or patch panel and the other plug to the target device such as a workstation, IP camera or access point. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to maintain reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. For rack installations, use proper cable management to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid bending the cable at sharp angles and maintain the minimum bend radius specified by industry wiring standards. When using PoE+ to power devices, verify the power budget of your switch and the power requirements of the connected equipment. For permanent or long cable runs, consider using appropriate mounting and labeling practices to preserve shielding and ensure easy identification.
