The LevelOne Media Converter RJ45 to SC FVT-1101 converts network signals between copper Ethernet and multimode fiber-optic links. It provides a 10/100Base-TX RJ-45 port with auto-negotiation for 10Base-T and 100Base-TX and a 100Base-FX SC fiber port. In multimode configuration the converter supports fiber runs up to 2 km and can be used as a standalone unit or installed as a slide-in module in the CHV-2000 19” converter chassis.

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 port to a switch, router or Ethernet device using Cat5e/6 cable and connect the SC fiber port to the multimode fiber link.
