HDMI 1.4:
This InLine HDMI cable with specification 1.4 supports 3D content and also has an Ethernet channel and an audio return channel. The audio return channel (ARC) transmits audio signals from the TV to the AV receiver, for example. This allows a speaker system to be integrated into the multimedia setup without additional cables. The Ethernet channel enables network connections between HDMI devices. Significantly higher resolutions than Full HD up to 4kx2k (@30Hz) are supported up to a distance of 5m. (only applies to the flat cable version).

If your 4k HDMI devices or their connections only support a bandwidth of 4k@30Hz, the InLine HDMI cable is suitable for connecting these components. Especially for 4k applications with a low refresh rate such as normal film playback, image editing, presentations and general work on the computer, this bandwidth is sufficient.

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of your source device (Blu‑ray player, streaming stick, PC, game console) and the other plug to the HDMI input of the display device (TV, monitor, projector) or AV receiver. For audio return, enable ARC in both TV and AV receiver settings if supported. If using networked HDMI functions, connect devices that support the HDMI Ethernet Channel and enable network features per device instructions. Route the flat cable along surfaces or under carpets where space is limited to keep the installation neat.

Recommendations

For stable 4K results prefer device connections and equipment rated for 4K@60Hz; for 5 m lengths this cable reliably supports 1080p@60Hz and 4K@30Hz where devices allow. Avoid sharp bends and excessive mechanical stress at the connectors; conceal the flat cable along straight paths for best longevity.
