The QuWireless QuMax is a compact directional antenna designed for outdoor fixed installations where long-distance cellular connectivity and multi-radio functionality are required. How to use

Mount the QuWireless QuMax on a stable outdoor structure with clear line of sight toward the target base station or coverage area. Install the Teltonika RUTX11 router inside the provided enclosure space and connect it to the PoE/LAN interface for power and network access. Align the directional LTE element toward the distant cell tower to maximize signal strength while allowing the integrated Wi‑Fi omni elements to provide local wireless coverage. Ensure all cable entries and seals are correctly tightened to maintain weather resistance.

Recommendations

For optimal cellular performance aim for unobstructed line of sight to the base station and fine-tune antenna orientation while monitoring signal metrics on the router.
