De Buyer Inocuivre Jam Pan Copper 38cm 9 Litre

The De Buyer Inocuivre Jam Pan is a professional-grade copper jam pot designed for perfect fruit preserves, jams, and jellies. Crafted in France with a 90% copper exterior and 10% stainless steel interior, it ensures even heat distribution and precise temperature control. The 38 cm diameter and 9 litre capacity make it ideal for large batches. The polished copper finish and cast iron handles add elegance and durability.

Advantages

Copper's superior thermal conductivity allows for quick, even heating and rapid cooling, preventing scorching and preserving fruit's natural flavour and colour. The stainless steel interior is non-reactive, safe for acidic ingredients, and easy to clean. The flared rim facilitates drip-free pouring, and the heavy-duty riveted handles provide a secure grip.
