How to use

Heat the pan gradually and use medium or low heat for most nonstick cooking to preserve the coating and ensure even cooking. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to prolong the life of the coating.
