Noctua NT-H1 3.5g AM5 Edition is a hybrid thermal compound for efficient heat transfer between CPU/GPU heatspreaders and coolers. How to use

Clean the CPU/GPU heatspreader and cooler contact surface with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of NT-H1 to the centre of the heatspreader, or follow your cooler manufacturer's spreading recommendation. Mount the cooler evenly and secure it according to the cooler instructions to spread the compound and achieve full contact. Remove and reapply paste when replacing the cooler or if thermal performance degrades.

Recommendations

Use the included NA-TPG1 paste guard when installing on AMD AM5 processors to minimise paste ingress into heatspreader cut-outs. Store the thermal paste at room temperature away from direct sunlight and tightly cap the syringe after use to preserve long-term stability.
