How to use

Before application, clean both mating surfaces thoroughly to remove old thermal material, dust and oils, using appropriate solvent or isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of the thermal grease onto the centre of the heat source or spread a thin, even layer across the surface if preferred. Mount the heatsink with gentle, even pressure to spread the compound and create a thin, continuous thermal interface. Remove and reapply if the joint is disturbed or if the thermal interface is replaced during component servicing.

Recommendations

Use sparingly to achieve a thin, continuous layer; excessive paste can reduce thermal performance or risk overflow.
