InLine Switch for switching Chassis Fan ON and OFF

The InLine Switch InLine 33328Z is an inline manual switch for turning a chassis fan on and off. How to use

Disconnect power from the system before installation. Insert the inline switch into the fan power cable by connecting the male and female 3‑pin connectors between the fan and the motherboard or fan hub. After installation, restore power and use the switch to interrupt or restore the fan's 12 V supply; the tachometer wire remains connected so fan speed can still be read by the system.

Use this switch for occasional manual control of chassis fans; avoid frequent switching under load and ensure connectors are fully seated. Do not use in place of proper fan control if continuous or variable speed management is required. Install inside the chassis away from moving parts and routing that could stress the cable.
