The InLine® Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable is the perfect choice for network infrastructures that require high performance at an economical price. Thanks to a high-quality CCA alloy of copper-clad aluminum conductors with 40% copper content, it offers improved conductivity compared to conventional CCA cables. This reduces electrical resistance and enables stable transmission at up to 10 Gbit/s over distances of up to 10 meters.
Another advantage: the cable is 4PPOE-capable and supports PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ with up to 90 watts of power. This means that IP cameras, VoIP telephones and access points can be efficiently supplied with power via the network cable - a cost-effective solution for professional applications.The double shielding (S/FTP) minimizes interference and ensures a stable connection even in demanding environments such as data centers, industrial halls or office buildings. The halogen-free TPE jacket (LSZH) is not only flame-retardant, but also particularly flexible – ideal for installations with limited space.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network device (switch, router, patch panel) and the other end to the target device (PC, server, wall socket). Ensure connectors click into place for a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For reliable 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance, keep patch cable lengths short within patching areas and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines. Use appropriate cable management and strain relief at connection points. Note that CCA conductors have different mechanical and electrical properties than pure copper—verify compatibility with PoE/4PPoE equipment and manufacturer limits.
