Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The HyperX Cloud III S Wireless is an upgraded gaming headset that builds on the Cloud III Wireless platform. It offers multiple wireless connection options (2.4GHz and Bluetooth), Instant Pair compatibility with select OMEN laptops, extended battery life, and a detachable boom microphone. With angled 53 mm drivers and lifetime activation of DTS Headphone:X Spatial Audio for PC, the headset provides precise audio positioning and clear sound for gaming, streaming, and everyday media use.

Advantages

The headset delivers up to 120 hours of battery life in 2.4GHz mode and up to 200 hours in Bluetooth mode, allowing extended play and media sessions without frequent charging. Memory foam in the headband and ear cushions wrapped in premium leatherette ensures comfortable long-term wear. A detachable 10 mm boom microphone includes an LED mute indicator and mesh filter for clear voice capture, while intuitive onboard controls let you switch wireless modes, adjust volume, mute the mic, and manage media and calls with ease. The aluminum frame increases durability, and removable magnetic earcup plates enable cosmetic personalization.

Attach the detachable boom microphone when voice chat or calls are needed; remove it for a boomless setup. Use the onboard controls to select wireless mode, adjust volume with the wheel, mute/unmute the microphone, and use the multifunction button for media playback and call handling. On PC, enable DTS Headphone:X Spatial Audio using the provided lifetime activation to access virtual 3D sound and precise audio localization.

Ieteikumi

For best results during competitive play, use the 2.4GHz connection to minimize latency and activate DTS Headphone:X Spatial Audio on PC for improved positional awareness. Keep the headset charged according to your usage pattern and store the detachable mic and cables safely to avoid damage.
