How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable power outlet. Preheat the grill to the desired temperature using the adjustable thermostat and wait for the indicator light to show it is ready. Place food on the lower plate and close the floating lid gently; for table-grill use open the unit 180° and cook with both plates facing upward. Remove cooked food with heat-resistant utensils and allow the grill to cool before cleaning. Empty and clean the grease tray after every use.

Recommendations
