How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a properly grounded 230 V socket. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature and wait for the indicator light to show the grill has reached temperature. Place food on the lower plate and lower the floating lid so it rests evenly on the product; thicker items will be accommodated by the floating hinge. After cooking, switch off and unplug the grill, allow it to cool, then remove any grease tray and wipe plates with a soft cloth or sponge suitable for non-stick surfaces.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the non-stick coating, avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils; use silicone, wood or plastic tools when handling food. Empty and clean the grease tray after each use. Store the grill vertically using the lid lock to save space when not in use.
