How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a grounded outlet. Install the desired plate orientation (ribbed or flat) and close the lid if required. Use the touch controls to select an automatic program or set manual temperature and time. The LED display shows set temperature and remaining time; color and sound signals indicate when cooking is finished. For single-plate cooking, disable the unused panel. Remove plates after cooling for cleaning and empty the oil drip tray.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the grill for about 2 minutes, pat meats dry before searing to obtain a golden crust, and use minimal oil on the non-stick plates. Allow plates to cool before removing and cleaning; replace worn panels with compatible accessories available from the manufacturer.
