How to use

Place the contact grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a 220–240 V outlet. Preheat the unit until the indicator light shows the correct temperature. Position food on the lower plate, close the floating lid so it adjusts to the product thickness and grill until the desired doneness is reached.
