The Rode RØDECaster Pro II (white) is a multi-channel USB recording console and audio interface engineered for podcasters, streamers, musicians and content creators. It combines a high-performance quad-core audio engine with four Neutrik® combo inputs, studio-grade preamps and integrated APHEX® processing to provide a compact all-in-one production solution for live mixing, multitrack recording and streaming.

How to use

Connect microphones, instruments or line devices to the Neutrik® combo inputs and set input gains using the on-screen controls or physical faders. Use the touchscreen and rotary encoder to navigate menus, apply APHEX® processors and assign channels. Program SMART pads for sound effects, jingles, MIDI commands or mixer automations and switch banks as needed. Choose multitrack or stereo recording destinations (microSD, USB storage or computer) and route audio via the dual USB-C ports for streaming or recording on one or two computers/devices.

Recommendations

Keep the RØDECaster Pro II firmware up to date via RØDE Central or on-board wireless updates, use balanced cables for line outputs to reduce interference, and monitor levels on the touchscreen to avoid clipping. For best mic performance, enable the Revolution Preamps™ and adjust APHEX® settings to taste before final recording.
