We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Clamp or grommet-mount the ARCTIC Z2 to your desk following the included instructions and secure each monitor to the VESA plate. Use the height adjustment to set the general monitor level, then fine-tune viewing angles with the tilt, swivel and rotation controls to achieve an ergonomically correct position. Route cables through the integrated management channels and connect peripherals to the 4-port USB hub for easier access.
Ensure each monitor does not exceed 15 kg and is within the supported VESA sizes. Periodically check fastenings and cable routing for wear. For best ergonomics, position the top of the primary screen at or slightly below eye level and keep a comfortable viewing distance.
