One-touch adjustable arm with built-in gas spring and counterbalance tension adjustment
Enjoy effortless adjustment of your external monitor’s height, depth and angle with a fully articulating monitor arm. With 170–505mm height adjustment, ±90° swivel and monitor rotation, and ±90° tilt adjustment, the One-Touch gas spring monitor mount gives you total control over the placement of your external monitor, from landscape to portrait mode. Its counterbalance tension adjustment allows you to ‘tighten’ or ‘loosen’ the arm to accommodate a range of monitor weights with the same effortlessness and stability (Allen key included).

Easy, non-permanent installation
Mountable by c-clamp (desktop thickness range: 10–85mm) or grommet hole (desktop thickness range: 10–80mm; diameter range: 10.5–50mm), installation is non-permanent and non-marking, making removal easy – tool kit included. An included quick-release, detachable VESA 75/100 plate makes the fully articulating arm ideal for VESA mountable monitors.

How to use
Choose the preferred mounting method (c-clamp or grommet) and follow the included tool kit instructions for secure, non-permanent installation. Use the SmartFit® colour chart to select the height setting that matches your hand size and adjust the arm height accordingly. Fine-tune the counterbalance tension with the supplied Allen key to match your monitor weight, then position the monitor using the gas-spring assist for smooth tilt, swivel and rotation adjustments.
Recommendations
Ensure your monitor falls within the supported size and weight range (13–34" and up to 9 kg) before installation. Tighten the counterbalance as needed for heavier screens and route cables into the arm’s management channel to maintain a tidy workspace. Follow ANSI/BIFMA guidance for ergonomic monitor placement to achieve a neutral viewing posture.
