The fan offers a balance of high airflow and quiet operation, achieving up to 90.1 m³/h at a maximum speed of 1350 RPM and a low noise level of 0.3 sone. Its Fluid Dynamic Bearing improves durability and reduces operational noise over time. The slim 120 mm design and black finish make it compatible with a wide range of case layouts and builds.
Install the ARCTIC F12 in a standard 120 mm fan mounting position inside the PC case, aligning the airflow direction with your case ventilation plan. Secure the fan using the mounting screws provided with your case or compatible fan screws. Connect the fan to an appropriate 3-pin or 4-pin header on the motherboard or to a fan controller, ensuring correct power and control signals for the intended speed regulation.
For optimal results, position the fan to support a clear airflow path—intake at the front or bottom, exhaust at the rear or top—avoid obstructing the blades, and clean dust buildup periodically to maintain performance and low noise levels.
