Fan Alphacool Rise Aurora 14 cm Black 2000 RPM 154.1 m³/h

The Alphacool Rise Aurora 140 mm fan combines digital 5V addressable RGB lighting with adjustable PWM control for use as a radiator or case fan. It has a maximum speed of 2000 RPM, an airflow of 154.1 m³/h and elevated static pressure, and is supplied in a black frame with integrated vibration-damping pads and recessed light diffusers for even illumination.

Advantages

The fan includes 24 individually addressable 5V aRGB LEDs in the frame and hub that provide uniform, full-fan illumination. PWM control lets the fan operate from 0 to 2000 RPM and supports a silent mode that keeps the blades stopped until cooling demand requires speeds above 600 RPM. At low speeds the fan is nearly silent, while at full speed it delivers high airflow and static pressure suitable for radiators. Corner-mounted soft foam decouplers reduce vibration transmission to the chassis, and blade tear-off edges lower acoustic noise.

How to use

Connect the 4-pin PWM fan cable to a compatible motherboard header or fan controller to enable speed control from 0–2000 RPM. Connect the JST 3-pin aRGB cable to a 5V digital RGB header or use an adapter to convert to a standard 3-pin 5V aRGB connector if required. Install the fan on a radiator or inside the case using the mounting holes and ensure the soft foam decouplers face the chassis to reduce vibration transfer. Configure fan curves or silent mode in BIOS or your fan control software to take advantage of the 0 RPM standby and automatic ramp-up above 600 RPM.

Recommendations

For radiator mounting, position the fan to push air through the radiator fins and configure a PWM curve that balances low-noise operation with required cooling; enable silent mode if you want the fan to remain stopped at idle and only activate when temperatures rise above set thresholds.
