How to use

Preheat the pan gradually over a compatible heat source and use low to medium heat for most cooking tasks to preserve the ceramic non-stick surface. Add a small amount of oil or butter as required; the BalancePro™ base helps keep fats where you place them. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the coating and avoid dragging heavy or sharp-edged cookware across the interior. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing with warm water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the Thermolon™ non-stick surface, avoid sudden temperature shocks (for example, placing a hot pan directly under cold running water) and do not use the pan on open-flame grills or in microwaves. For best results when finishing in the oven, keep temperature at or below 220°C and handle with oven mitts when removing.
