The seamless rivetless interior and Pro-Tec reinforced rim reduce food trapping and add protection at the edge.

How to use

Use the GreenPan Barcelona Pro on compatible cooktops including gas, electric, halogen and induction. Preheat the pan gently over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter if desired; the Thermolon™ ceramic non-stick surface allows for reduced fat usage. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to protect the Scratch Guard™ surface. The pan is oven safe up to 220°C — transfer carefully using oven mitts and avoid sudden temperature shocks. After use, allow the pan to cool before cleaning to preserve the coating.

Recommendations

To prolong non-stick performance, wash the pan by hand with warm water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads. Do not use the pan under a grill or in a microwave. Store the pan with a protective layer between pans if stacking to prevent scratches to the ceramic surface.
