Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The 27" MSI MAG 272QPF E20 is a WQHD (2560×1440) Rapid IPS LED monitor engineered for high-refresh gaming and accurate visual work. It offers a 200 Hz refresh rate, a 0.5 ms (GtG, Min.) response time and 300 cd/m² typical brightness, and supports VESA mounting plus height adjustment. HDR400 support and AI Vision help reveal shadow details and improve overall color and brightness while Adaptive Sync compatibility reduces tearing and stutter for smoother gameplay.

Advantages

This monitor combines a Rapid IPS panel with a very fast response time and a high refresh rate to minimise motion blur and input lag, making fast-paced games feel more responsive. HDR400 and AI Vision enhance contrast and detail in darker areas without manual tuning. Solid construction, effective heat dissipation and height-adjustable ergonomics support long sessions and flexible desk setups.

Suitable for

  • Competitive FPS and fast-paced multiplayer games
  • First-person RPG/MMORPG titles
  • Flight and racing simulators
  • Content work requiring detailed WQHD resolution (photo editing, level design)

When it may not be suitable

The monitor may be unnecessary for users who only perform office tasks or casual web browsing, where high refresh rates and sub-millisecond response are not required. Those needing built-in speakers or USB hub functionality should consider models that include those features.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 27" (68.6 cm)
  • Resolution: 2560 × 1440 (WQHD), 16:9
  • Panel type: Rapid IPS (LED)
  • Refresh rate: up to 200 Hz
  • Response time: 0.5 ms (GtG, Min.)
  • Brightness (typical): 300 cd/m²
  • Contrast ratio (typical): 1000:1
  • HDR: VESA DisplayHDR 400
  • Adaptive Sync: NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible / AMD FreeSync
  • Screen shape: Flat
  • Ergonomics: Height adjustable
  • Energy (SDR): ~24.4 kWh per 1000 hours
  • Colour: Black

How to use

Mount the monitor on a compatible VESA stand or use the included height-adjustable stand to set viewing height and tilt for a comfortable posture. Connect to a compatible GPU via DisplayPort or HDMI that supports the monitor's high refresh rate and Adaptive Sync to enable smooth visuals. Use the on-screen display menu to adjust brightness, contrast, AI Vision features and less blue light settings according to your environment and content type.

What to consider before purchase

  • Do you need 200 Hz and 0.5 ms performance for your games or workflows?
  • Ensure your graphics card and cables support WQHD at high refresh rates.
  • Check whether built-in speakers or USB hub are required for your setup (this model lacks both).
  • Consider desk space and VESA compatibility for mounting options.

Recommendations

For competitive gaming, pair the monitor with a GPU and cables that reliably deliver WQHD at high refresh rates, enable Adaptive Sync in your GPU driver, and use the AI Vision and less blue light modes to optimise visibility and reduce eye strain during extended sessions.
