ASUS ProArt Display PA27UCGE is a 27-inch 4K HDR professional monitor designed for video editors, colorists and creative professionals who require precise color reproduction and high performance. The display delivers 3840 x 2160 resolution, up to 160 Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, 98% DCI-P3 coverage and factory-calibrated Delta E < 1 accuracy. Built-in features include a motorized colorimeter with self-calibration, LuxPixel anti-glare coating and extensive connectivity such as USB-C with 96 W power delivery, making this monitor suitable for demanding creative workflows and HDR content production.

Advantages

PA27UCGE provides professional-grade color fidelity with 98% DCI-P3 gamut, 10-bit IPS panel and Delta E < 1 factory calibration. High peak brightness and HDR support (HLG, HDR10) enable wide dynamic range for deeper blacks and brighter highlights. The built-in motorized colorimeter and ProArt hardware calibration support simplify color management and allow profiles to be stored in the monitor. LuxPixel technology reduces reflections without softening details, while ASUS Light Sync with backlight and ambient sensors ensures consistent color temperature and brightness. Wide connectivity, including USB-C with 96 W power delivery, Auto KVM and multiple inputs streamlines multi-device workflows.

How to use

Connect your source device via USB-C, DisplayPort or HDMI; use the USB-C port for simultaneous video, data and up to 96 W power delivery when supported by your laptop. For accurate color work, run the built-in self-calibration using the motorized colorimeter from the on-screen display or schedule regular calibrations with ProArt Hardware Calibration software. Use Auto KVM to switch control between two connected computers with one keyboard and mouse. Enable the desired HDR mode (HLG or HDR10) and select the appropriate PQ curve for previewing or exporting HDR content. Use Picture-by-Picture or Picture-in-Picture modes to compare sources or operate multiple inputs simultaneously.

Recommendations

For consistent color-critical results, perform an initial calibration after installation and schedule periodic recalibration. When working on HDR projects, verify that your source footage and export settings support the chosen HDR format and PQ curve. Use the detachable monitor hood in bright studio environments to reduce reflections and enable more accurate on-screen assessments.
