Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The LG 32UQ850V-W is a 31.5-inch 4K Ultra HD LED computer monitor with an IPS panel and a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The display delivers high pixel density and accurate color reproduction across a wide 178° viewing angle, while a 5 ms response time and 16:9 aspect ratio support smooth visual performance for general computing, content creation and media consumption. Built-in speakers, an integrated USB hub including a USB Type-C downstream port, VESA mounting compatibility and a height-adjustable stand add practical convenience for desktop setups.

Advantages

The IPS/LED panel provides consistent color and wide viewing angles, making the screen suitable for collaborative work and multi-angle viewing. 4K Ultra HD resolution offers clear detail and fine text rendering for productivity and image editing. A 5 ms response time balances motion clarity and power efficiency. Integrated features such as built-in speakers and a USB hub reduce the need for extra peripherals, and VESA compatibility along with height adjustment enables ergonomic placement in varied workspace layouts.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking with high-resolution windows and documents
  • Photo and video editing that benefits from 4K resolution and IPS color consistency

How to use

Connect the monitor to a computer or media source using the available video inputs and the USB Type-C downstream port as needed for data or power delivery; consult your device’s ports for compatibility. Adjust the display height to align the top of the screen with eye level for comfortable viewing and use the built-in menu to set brightness, color temperature and picture modes appropriate to your task. If you mount the monitor on a compatible arm or wall bracket, remove the stand and follow VESA mounting instructions while ensuring cable clearance and stable attachment.

Recommendations

For accurate color work, allow the display to warm up for 20–30 minutes and use native resolution (3840 x 2160) in the operating system display settings. Reduce blue light or enable reader modes during extended use to minimize eye strain. When using the USB hub or Type-C port, check cable specifications to ensure sufficient data throughput and power delivery for connected devices.
